Hessler Road is located in the University Circle neighborhood of
Cleveland, Ohio. It is a small one-way brick paved street running east
from Ford Drive to Hessler Court. Hessler Court, the only remaining
wood block street in Cleveland, runs north from Hessler Road to
Bellflower Road. Hessler Court has been listed in the National
Register of Historic Places. The dwellings on Hessler Road were built
between 1907 and 1927. Because of its unique and unusual architectural
and neighborhood characteristics, the street has been declared a
historic district by the Cleveland Landmark Commission. |
